These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the zoey. Chrome extension and the Denisa Labs website. By using zoey., you agree to these Terms.
zoey. is a Chrome extension that replaces your new-tab page with a daily planner featuring hourly scheduling, to-do lists, and nature backgrounds. The extension is offered in a free tier and a paid Pro tier.
The free version of zoey. includes core planning features at no cost. zoey. Pro is an optional paid upgrade that unlocks additional features such as custom backgrounds, custom hours, themes, and a notes panel.
Pro subscriptions are billed at $2.99 per month or $24.99 per year and processed through ExtensionPay (powered by Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to ExtensionPay's and Stripe's terms of service. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through ExtensionPay. Upon cancellation:

All content, design, code, and branding associated with zoey. and Denisa Labs are the property of Denisa Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the extension without permission.
You agree to use zoey. in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for any content you create within the extension (planner entries, notes, etc.).
zoey. is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denisa Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of zoey., including loss of data stored locally in your browser.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of zoey. after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
